Could a robot take over our jobs? Pretty soon we may not need physical employees, like we do in Germany, which makes you wonder how many jobs exist, and more importantly, what will happen once that robot takes over. Next month’s Call of Duty with the release of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is the first Call of Duty title to use humanoid robots. That didn’t come as a surprise to me, but I did wonder if robots are also going to take over other jobs. Just like a few years ago, it was the rise of the robots and the need for people to adopt these robots that caught me. So I have an idea for jobs for robots. Would you be my boss? If I could take over your life, would you let me?

They can only work one hour a day, but they can only be fired if they get the best performance. If they get the best performance is what they want, you will follow. Are you concerned that a robot will take your job? You would be reassured if a few hours of robot work stopped every two hours, but probably not. Do you worry that a robot’s work ethics could be affected? What if there are questions about how the robot should look and feel?

Who would be your boss? I am sure there are companies that are taking a lot of risks, trying to find their way. I would like to see one company who shows them that robots can be integrated into their operations. This could create an economy where robots take over jobs, but I think that people should have the right to reject it.

Who would your boss be? I think my boss would be an awesome scientist with a passion for science. He or she would know how robots work, and would be able to effectively encourage other researchers at the University. You have to be a compassionate man, and you have to know how humans interact with their robots. You need to be able to tell a robot how to do its job, but you also need to make sure to keep it focused on the main task at hand. Will you make your robot’s boss?
